Phase 1 - Blue TeamThu 19:00 -> overnight
Defensive challenges: SOC triage, log analysis, IR playbooks, hardening. Individual + team tracks run in parallel. Local-context scenarios drawn from Central African infrastructure.
Phase 2 - Red TeamThu 19:00 -> overnight
Offensive challenges: web, pwn, crypto, reversing, AD. Runs simultaneously with Phase 1. Top performers qualify into the Battle Ground finale.
HackTheBox GroupsThu 19:00 -> overnight
Team CTF on the HTB platform. Official partnership. Runs in parallel to community challenges on the 237HackFest CTFd fork.
Phase 3 - Battle GroundFri early morning
Invite-only Red vs Blue live confrontation. Simulated supply chain attack, AD compromise, or AI system scenario. Live commentary during key moments. Runs before general doors open.
